Create a cute ‘Grandad’ look for a little one in your life with this delightful tank top, inspired by Norwegian knitting traditions.

The vest is knitted from the bottom up in rounds with steeks for the front neck and armhole openings.  The pattern includes clearly illustrated tutorials for twisted German cast-on, slip-stitch crochet reinforcement, and picking up stitches next to a steek.


To fit 1–2(2–3:3–4:4–5) years. For finishedmeasurements see the diagram on page 9.
