30g of 2ply/laceweight yarn with approximately 840 metres/920 yards per 100g (210 metres/230 yards per 25g).
40g of a contrast colour in 4ply/fingering weight yarn with approximately 408 metres/448 yards per 100g (102 metres/112 yards per 25g).
The pictured sample was knitted with Rowan ‘Kidsilk Haze’ in White #612 and Rowan ‘Mohair Haze’ in Tumble #534.

2.75mm/US 2 needle(s) for medium diameter circular knitting.

27 sts per 10cm/4″ in blocked 2×2 rib knitted with the 2ply/laceweight yarn held double. Row tension is not important.
27 sts and 34 rounds per 10cm/4″ in blocked stocking stitch/stockinette knitted with the 4ply/fingering yarn.
27 sts and 34 rounds per 10cm/4″ in blocked lace pattern knitted with the 2ply/laceweight yarn.
Adjust needle size as necessary.
